Search for an invoice

Enter the details like policy number/invoice number/insured name/endorsement number and click search. You will get the search results as shown above. Year and month will be defaulted to current year and month. You can change it.

Click the download icon which is on the right side of the search result.

You will get a message like this. (Message will vary depends on browser)
Click on Keep and it will starts downloading. Once finished click the file and it will open in Outlook with credit/debit note and other documents attached.

Download multiple invoices

The search is same like the above. You will get results like below.


Select the policies you want to download by clicking the checkbox on the left side as shown and click the download button.

Frequently Asked Questions

How to use the system?

Click on the button the top right corner, it will ask to enter the username and password. Enter the username and password given by the insurance company and click Login.

What will happen , if you put a wrong password?

It will not login and after certain attempts , it will block the account. You have to contact the insurance company to unblock the user.

Log in issue with the account?

System is not showing any message or it's not responding while Login, then close the browser and wait for sometime and open it again.If you are still facing the same issue, then please contact the insurance company.

Invoice is not downloading.

Check the popup blocker settings of the browser and give the permission. Click the icon which is shown on the top right of the address bar. Click on it and select Always allow pop-ups and try again.
